Release of Information Plus (ROI Plus)

Release of Information Plus (ROI Plus) is a VistA-integrated solution that automates the entire ROI process, from initial request to approval to fulfillment and release.

ROI Plus is a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act-compliant software that automates the entire process of managing electronic medical record ROI requests through the VistA system.  

It is a proven tool for improving customer experience and employees' workflow efficiencies in processing medical information requests. A Billing module is included that allows Health Information Management Service departments to collect monies for the copies provided above the requestor's allowance.  

The released version of ROI Plus will be called eROI Plus. This version continues the historic legacy VistA integration but also allows for the software to be Oracle Health “aware” at the same time.
