The health and well-being of the Nation’s service members and Veterans continue to be a top priority for VA and the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). The 2024 VA/DOD Suicide Prevention Conference is the Nation’s only conference dedicated to addressing military and Veteran suicide prevention.

This year’s theme — Reimagining Suicide Prevention: Evolving and Innovating to Meet Diverse Needs — focuses on innovative ways to increase the reach to at-risk Service member and Veteran populations, especially including historically underserved and growing populations such as women, LGBTQ+, or American Indian and Alaska Natives.

IDGA's Veterans Affairs Healthcare Summit is now in its 18th iteration and is an industry-wide staple for those supporting the VA’s mission set. Their partners across the military, government, private and non-profit healthcare sector, academia and consultant communities have consistently made this event a marquee gathering for senior stakeholders, technology experts, industry innovators, clinicians, nurses and administrators.
