Customers also have the option to upgrade to DSS Premium Support Services to receive high-priority assistance, remote real-time product support and monthly onsite visits by an experienced member of the DSS support team.
The DSS Maintenance Services contract provides for server migrations, consultations and supplemental staffing. Customers requiring 24 x 7 x 365 coverage can take advantage of our Automated Monitoring Service, which notifies DSS Support Services of a service degradation or failure so we can act quickly to prevent system downtime or restore services.
