vxPAMS is a patient accounting, management and reporting system that is integrated with vxVistA. vxPAMS has a
customizable charge-master and options for setting up revenue codes on a per-bed basis for inpatient facilities. All standard billing forms can be generated and submitted via a clearing house or electronic claims transfer, including UB-04 and CMS 1500s.
The system allows claims to be split to correctly generate claims for professional fee and facility charges. Patient statements can be printed for balances not covered by insurance. Batch postings can be made in just a few clicks to make updating AR fast and easy. Encounter code data, insurance, and demographics data flow automatically into vxPAMS for a seamless user experience. For sites using vxBCMA, drugs administered are populated with NDC numbers for Medicare Part D billing. vxPAMS has a robust set of reports to make managing patients accounts and revenue fast and easy.
