Training
DSS, Inc. develops a training plan for each project based on scope, stakeholders (IT, super-users, CAC, ADPAC, RNs, MDs, etc.) and environment (by Region, VISN or VAMC). DSS, Inc. documentation includes a hard and soft copy training curriculum, training materials, installation manuals, user guides, on-line courses, training assessments, and course evaluations. We deliver training to identified stakeholders and provide support, with follow-up, as needed. Our training is tailored to support incremental rollouts of the new policy, in phases if necessary.
