On-Site, Long-Term Support Contracts

DSS Premium Support Services - A "DSS, Inc.® Certified" Senior Project Manager will deliver effective and efficient product performance.

The Project Manager performs at a minimum the following services:

Information Technology Support

The Project Manager assists with implementation of regularly scheduled quarterly upgrades and with interim software changes.

Clinical and Administrative Application Coordinator

The Project Manager works with your administrative and clinical staff leaders to define effective and efficient utilization of DSS, Inc.® software products. The Project Manager continuously works with your staff to set parameters and preferences. The Project Manager acts as a user advocate to liaison with the DSS, Inc.® Technical, QA, and Development staffs.  Bug fixes and enhancement requests are a high priority for the Project Manager.

Education

The Project Manager mentors your staff on all DSS, Inc.® programs. As your facility goes through staffing transitions and changing facility requirements, the Project Manager will keep your personnel updated.

  • The long term on-site contracts will be for no less than one year (2,000 hours) and will be based on a highly discounted GSA Scheduled rate.
  • All initial installations & training sessions will be supplied by our normal DSS, Inc.® installation and training staff.
  • DSS ABSOLUTE Project Management Long Term On-Site Support Contracts are for DSS, Inc.® products only.
